Caedu Cottage is a stylish holiday home, set within the Snowdonia National Park. We are less than 5 miles from Betws-y-Coed and just a mile north of Pont-y-Pant. Our spacious holiday home is the perfect base for breaks away with friends and family, at any time of year.

About Caedu Cottage

Sleeping up to 12 people, Caedu Cottage provides a space where friends and family can holiday in peace, amidst beautiful surroundings. Set in its own 14 acres of woodland, there is plenty of space for the whole family to relax, play and explore, without ever leaving the cottage grounds. Inside the cottage you will find:

Spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating and a TV.
A second lounge which is a lovely place to relax and read. A selection of games have also been left for your enjoyment.
Dining room seating up to 12 people.
Well-equipped kitchen.
Games room.
The living/kitchen area is open plan with lots of space, comfy sofas and oak flooring.
You can enjoy the views from a sofa or sit outside and watch the social comings and goings of our wildlife.

All bedrooms are made up ready for your arrival and are a mixture of 3 double and 3 twin rooms. For groups travelling with young children or a baby, we do provide 2 cots, stair gates and 2 high chairs. There are duvets in all the six bedrooms and fleece blankets located in wardrobes, (even a few hot water bottles). All bedding is supplied.

Outside the house is a patio area with table and chairs, which enjoys wonderful views of the surrounding undulating grounds. The river Lledr runs the full length of the garden and there is a natural pool to tempt the brave swimmer.

Visiting Pont-y-Pant & Exploring Gwynedd

Pont-y-Pant is a fantastic base for those who want to explore Gwynedd and the Snowdonia National Park. The surrounding area is home to a variety of attractions and you are not short of activities to take part in during your stay. This lovely part of Gwynedd offers:

Mountain bike trails.
Horse riding.
Fishing.
Caving.
Walking & hiking.

Snowdonia National Park is home to some spectacular scenery, which is well worth exploring during your stay. From beautiful mountain panoramas, quiet forest walkways, lakeside trails, castles and tumbling waterfalls, you will never be too far from stunning locations.

Whether you're in the mood for a gentle 'after lunch' stroll or a challenging stroll to the summit of a distant ridge, there’s an appropriate walk to suit you, all of them easily accessible from our cottage. The beauty of North Wales and the experience of walking there will leave you breathless.
