The Stables Lodge is a beautifully renovated Victorian stables building providing 7 self-contained apartments located close to the village of Burnaston. Each self-contained suite enjoys uninterrupted views across open countryside.

All of the lodges include a double gallery bedroom, lounge area with double sofa bed and fully fitted kitchen.

Penthouse

The Penthouse offers the ultimate in luxurious accommodation with delightful rural views from separate east and west-facing balconies.

This first-floor luxury suite provides extensive, air-conditioned accommodation comprising a large double bedroom with a full en suite bathroom, a separate WC and a large walk-in wardrobe.

The spacious living room has a twin-bed settee, flat-screen TV with DVD and free View and a dining area for six. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar and laundry facilities. The large west-facing balcony has a lounge seating area with a view across open countryside where you can sit and watch the sun go down.

The Penthouse Suite has its own fenced garden area with lawn, decking area and furnished alfresco dining area with BBQ.

Function Suite

Set in the ground of Stables Lodge this function suite can accommodate small private parties and special events.

Visiting Burnaston & Exploring Derbyshire

Summer or winter, Derbyshire with its glorious Peak District National Park, stately homes and family attractions is a fantastic place to visit for family days out, short breaks and holidays.

Derbyshire is renowned for being a hugely diverse county with town and city nestled in the breathtaking countryside with industry and leisure working hand in hand. The county's premier city is Derby, which has many unique characteristics with a rich mixture of arts, tourism and cultural venues. Its pedestrianised city centre, new Westfield retail development and delightful Cathedral Quarter makes shopping a joy.

Derbyshire can also claim the first national park to be set up in Britain - the Peak National Park which lies at the southern end of the Pennines. The county is a haven for walkers, ramblers and fishermen.

Within the county, there is a choice of bustling market towns such as Ashbourne, Wirksworth, Matlock, Bakewell, Buxton and Chesterfield all providing a quaint range of shops and many picturesque villages nestled in unspoilt countryside.

The Stables Lodge is close to Derbyshire’s border with Staffordshire which also offers delightful countryside and many places of interest including the famous Alton Towers Theme Park which is only twelve miles away. The famous brewery town of Burton upon Trent with its bustling shopping area is only 6 miles away.
