The Old Stores is a charming holiday cottage situated in the picturesque hamlet of Millers Dale, close to Tideswell and within the scenic Derbyshire Peak District. It lies near the renowned Monsal Trail, offering a perfect getaway in this tranquil setting.
This comfortably furnished bungalow is situated in a conservation area in the heart of the Peak District National Park, ideal for exploring the Limestone Way and various other trails that range from leisurely walks to more strenuous hikes, featuring majestic limestone cliffs and serene riverside paths.
The cottage features two bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed and another with twin beds. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. The living room includes a Smart TV. All linen and towels are provided. An enclosed garden enhances the outdoor space, making it safe for dogs, which are warmly welcomed.
Millers Dale has its own country pub serving good food and cask ale and is just 2 miles away from Tideswell. There are a huge range of outstanding walks on your doorstep and the historic towns of Buxton, Bakewell, Castleton and Eyam are also close by. Our holiday cottage is a haven for walkers and climbers.
