The house is beautifully furnished and fully equipped to a high standard, with carpets and rugs adding warmth and comfort to most rooms. On the ground floor, the kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with an electric cooker, two refrigerators (one large and one small, both with freezer compartments), a dishwasher, a microwave, and ample storage space. It opens into the dining room, which offers seating for up to ten people, making it ideal for family gatherings.
The drawing room is a large and inviting space with a comfortable seating area, a log burner, and a 26-inch TV with a video and DVD player. It also features a payphone and a radio/CD/cassette player. From the drawing room, you can step into the conservatory, which offers stunning views of the valley. The conservatory is furnished with a dining table that can accommodate up to ten people, perfect for meals with a picturesque backdrop. A utility room on this floor is well-equipped for laundry, featuring a washing machine, tumble dryer, and drying rack.
The ground floor also includes two bathrooms, one with a bath, basin, and toilet, and another with an electric shower, toilet, basin, and shaver point. There are two bedrooms on this level: a generously proportioned double bedroom with a 5-foot sleigh bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a washbasin, and a second bedroom designed for children, with bunk beds (2-foot-6-inch), a cot, a wardrobe and a washbasin.

There are also two twin bedrooms on this floor, both with lovely views of the valley. Porthcothan Bay is a special place with a sandy beach full of character. It is ideal for surfing, coastal walks, sand castles, swimming and fishing.
There are spectacular walks in either direction from the beach along the coastal path with the rock islands of Trescore lying a short way off the coast.
The charming fishing port of Padstow is close by. It is a famous foodie destination surrounded by stunning sandy beaches.
