Lying in the shadow of the historic Minister, our Grade II listed 3 storey Georgian town house provides a great base for exploring this picturesque market town and a range of attractions in East Yorkshire.

Accommodation

The property sleeps up to 6 people and is brimming with character and beautifully furnished and equipped throughout.

The traditional Georgian style sitting room at the front of the property is complemented by a more contemporary spacious lounge/dining/kitchen area at the rear, both perfect for unwinding and socialising after a day’s sightseeing. The fully equipped kitchen complete with Bosch appliances leads to a secluded courtyard garden with table and chairs. A lovely place for a spot of al fresco dining or a glass of wine whilst enjoying the Minster bells, choir or organ recitals.

Bedrooms consist of a master room with en-suite shower room and two double/twin bedrooms, one with an adjoining WC. The family bathroom is located on the first floor and there is also a downstairs WC.

Visiting Beverley & Exploring East Yorkshire

Beverley provides a superb base from which to explore the local area. The train station is only 500 yards away and has direct services to Hull, Bridlington, Scarborough, Doncaster and Sheffield. The unspoilt rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds offer lots of beautiful walks and cycle routes. The Wolds towns and villages of Pocklington, Driffield, Goodmanham, Warter and South Dalton are lovely places to visit as well as stately homes such as Sledmere, Burton Agnes and Burton Constable or Burnby Hall Gardens and RSPB Bempton Cliffs for birdwatching.
