The sitting room includes a stone fireplace and living flame gas fire, with a dining area. It offers a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom featuring a bath, two wash-hand basins, and a large walk-in power shower. Outside, there's a paved patio with table, chairs, and parasol, along with lockable storage for golf clubs and bicycles, and ample parking space.

The Studio is ideal for couples or small families seeking a cosy retreat. It includes a bed/living room with a king-size bed (an extra bed can be added for a third guest), a kitchen with electric hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster, and a shower room with a large shower, toilet, and basin.

Our accommodation is in a rural part of the countryside. Burton is within easy reach of Llangollen, Snowdonia, Anglesey, Lleyn Peninsula and Wirral Peninsula. Local shopping is available in the village of Rossett which is 2 miles away by car, where there are a variety of shops, post office, bank, chemist, off-licence and plenty of pubs and restaurants.
