Set on its own elevated grounds, Bays Blackhouse is a distinctive holiday cottage designed to provide comfort and style. The accommodation features an open-plan living and dining area with a cosy log burner and underfloor heating throughout the property. Entertainment options include a smart television with Freesat and a DVD player, as well as a Bluetooth sound bar to stream your favourite music from your phone or tablet. The modern kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave, while a utility cupboard houses a washer/dryer, iron and mini ironing board.
The property includes a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a shower room with a large walk-in shower and off-street parking within its grounds. For outdoor enthusiasts, a storage shed is available for bikes, golf clubs, or other equipment. A picnic table and bench, an outside clothes drying area and green features like 1.25kWh solar panels and electricity sourced from Octopus Energy add to the property’s appeal.
