Seaside House offers fabulous self catering accommodation in Luskentyre. Nestled in a beautiful area of the Isle of Harris, we are the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life. We are ideally placed for exploring a variety of attractions in the Western Isles.
Our tastefully furnished crofters cottage sleeps up to 6 people and boasts sea and mountain views. The cottage is ideal for a couple, groups of friends or a family.
We offer Harris tweed furnishings and a tartan carpet, including walls adorned with artwork from local artists. There are two reception rooms with an open fire and stove, offering great spots to relax after a day exploring. Facilities include a TV and superfast broadband which makes a working from home break a real possibility. The well-equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances, including a microwave, freezer, fridge, dishwasher and oven.
In total, we have 3 bedrooms: 1 king room and 2 rooms with 2 single beds each. There are 2 bathrooms.
We have outdoor furniture, perfect for a drink in the afternoon sun.
Our cottage is in a great position for discovering all that the local area has to offer. Activities in the area include playing on the beach, walking, hiking, golfing, bird watching, kayaking and surfing. Further down the road you will find Donald John Mackay of Harris Tweed fame and sometimes there is a chance to see him weaving. Attractions to visit include:
