Accommodation

We are the perfect place to escape to from the pressures of modern life. The award winning property sleeps up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms: a spacious double room, room with 2 single beds and a single room. A bathroom and separate toilet are provided. There is also a cosy and comfortable lounge with 3 piece suite, freeview with TV and built in DVD player and music centre. This leads to a wonderful conservatory with cane and fabric sofa and 2 chairs, making it the perfect spot to relax in on a sunny day. Doors lead out to the pretty patio area with table and chairs, ideal for some al fresco dining.

The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a range of excellent appliances: electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and washing machine.

Bed linen and towels are included and the price and there is a garage to the rear of the property which is perfect for storing bikes and buggys etc.

Local Area

Trevista located in Pagham West Sussex a quiet “village” on the edge of Bognor Regis. It is close to several excellent pubs and restaurants ( The Bear, The Lamb, The Lion and The Inglenook Hotel etc.) and is within easy walking distance of the beach. Pagham is in an area which is a SSSI with Pagham Lagoon, Pagham Spit, and Pagham Harbour within easy reach. The Blue Flag beaches of Littlehampton and West Wittering are less 30 minutes away as is the interesting beach at Bracklesham Bay with seashell fossils buried in the sand.

Chichester and Bognor Regis with their shopping (Sainsbury’s and Tesco supermarkets), railway stations and tourist facilities are both within 15 minutes’ drive. Portsmouth with its naval traditions and shopping at Gunwharf Quays is about 40 minutes away.
