Newells Farm has three cottages close to the village of Lower Beeding. Lower Beeding village has a pub and a church. The cottages are an 11 minute drive from the market town of Horsham in West Sussex. Horsham offers shops, market and train to London. This 650 acre plot is an ideal base for exploring the attractions in southern England.

Accommodation


Black Cottage has one double and one twin bedroom. There is an upstairs WC with basin, a downstairs bathroom with basin, bath, shower and separate downstairs WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. The living/dining room has a dining table, six chairs, armchairs, a sofa and a TV. There are also doors from the lounge that lead into the private and secluded garden.

Old Dairy has been converted from Victorian farm buildings and has three bedrooms. There is one double room with en suite shower room and two twin bedrooms. As well as the en suite there is a bathroom with a WC, basin, bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The living/dining room is spacious with a door that leads out to the terrace and garden. The lounge has a TV with Sky, DVD player and comfortable seating.

Little Barn is configured for wheelchair access. There are three bedrooms, one double room and two twin rooms. The first bathroom has a shower, basin and WC. The second bathroom has a bath, basin, shower and WC. The kitchen is open plan with the living room and has an electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and dish washer. The lounge has a TV with Sky, DVD player and comfortable seating.

Visiting Lower Beeding & Exploring West Sussex


Lower Beeding village centre is close to the cottages.

If you are a keen walker then you can explore the paths that run from the farm along the edges of fields and into the woods. In early spring the woods are full of primroses and wood anemones. In late April and May, the bluebells in the ancient oak woodland form a breathtaking display.

Horsham is located five miles away and offers a farmers market every Saturday.

Leonardslee.
Horsham Museum.
Warnham local Nature Reserve.
Nymans.

Brighton seaside resort is easily accessible. It has beautiful beaches and many attractions.
West Sussex is ideally placed close to London. The county is full of history, activities, picturesque countryside and attractions. It provides a great base for exploring south east England, Hove and Portsmouth.
