Cherry Tree Cottage offers luxurious self catering accommodation on the edge of Linlithgow. We in a peaceful area of West Lothian, the perfect place to escape from the pressure of modern life.

Our cottage sleeps up to 6 people and is finished to a high specification. There is ramp access to the front door and easy access for visitors requiring a wheelchair or disabled access.

Unwind in our living room after a day sightseeing. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances: a conventional cooker, fridge with freezer box, microwave oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

There are 3 bedrooms in total. A master room comes with en suite facilities and there are two twin bedrooms. A family bathroom comes with a shower over bath.

Onsite we have a football field and there is a popular spot for fishing.

We are based in a secluded rural valley, yet less than 10-minute’ drive (or a 35-minute walk) from the centre of the historic West Lothian county town of Linlithgow and just 15 miles from Edinburgh. Play on the Kingsfield Golf Course or enjoy one of the walks in the area. Attractions to visit include:

Union Canal.
Beecraigs Country Park West Lothian.
Kingsfield Laser Clays.
Linlithgow Palace.
House Of The Binns.
