New Inn House

Summary

New Inn House offers self catering accommodation situated just outside of Abbot's Salford and only a short drive from Stratford-upon-Avon near the Warwickshire/Worcestershire border. Our quiet rural location has superb views and is the perfect base for those wishing to explore the area further.

Kitchen/Utility Room

Our fully equipped large kitchen has an Aga, an electric cooker/oven including breakfast bar, built in hob, built in dishwasher, fridge, barbecue and hot plate. Utility room fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. Wi-Fi Broadband infinity throughout the house and terraces.

Dining Room

Seating for 10 people at a large wooden pine table with oak high back chairs. Sofas in the sun lounge with patio doors leading out to terrace and gardens. A small library of books and magazines.

Lounge

There is a charming and comfortable lounge with ample seating for up to 10 people. It has a large flat screen TV, Sky Sports & movies and a DVD player. The patio doors lead to the outside area.

Bedrooms

We have five bedrooms in total and we can sleep up to 10. All of the bedrooms are superbly equipped and have stunning views across the surrounding countryside.

Outside

Large grounds comprising extensive terracing, south facing sitting out areas with teak tables and chairs, luxury sunbeds around the pool, Wi-Fi Infinity, exclusive use of an all weather hard tennis court and an outdoor heated swimming pool, as well as a variety of garden games – table tennis and croquet climbing frame, swings, slide.

Visiting Abbot’s Salford & Exploring Warwickshire

Our holiday home is perfectly situated for exploring the Cotswolds and its many delights, it is within easy reach of Stratford-upon-Avon. A town brimming with half timbered buildings, there are many interesting sights associated with Shakespeare to be seen:

The Holy Trinity Church and the Bard’s last resting place.
Guild Chapel.
Hall’s Croft and New Place all make for interesting visits.
Royal Shakespeare Theatre and the adjoining Swan Theatre.
