It is only 30 minutes from Birmingham City Centre and 20 minutes from Birmingham International Airport & Train Station. We are the perfect place for a family who want to enjoy a country break away, whilst being within comfortable driving distance of the hustle and bustle of city life.

About Bianca

The cottage was converted from an 18th Century barn and this spacious two-bedroom cottage provides comfortable accommodation for up to six guests, combining cosy living spaces with modern amenities for a relaxing stay.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a welcoming sitting room, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Adjacent to it is the dining room and kitchen, fully equipped to meet all your self-catering needs.

The first floor features two well-appointed bedrooms. The main bedroom offers versatile sleeping arrangements with kingsize zip-and-link beds that can be configured as a kingsize bed or two 2ft 6" beds. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, making it ideal for families or friends. A fully fitted bathroom with an electric shower completes the first floor. For additional sleeping arrangements, a folding bed can be provided for a fifth guest.

Bianca is equipped with a range of facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. These include free full-fibre Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, USB sockets, a DVD player and a well-stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, electric cooker, toaster and kettle. There are thermostatically controlled storage heaters and a washing machine & tumble dryer are available.

Outside there is a private rear garden with lawn, patio & garden furniture. At the front there is a patio & garden furniture and private parking for two cars.

With its thoughtful design and amenities, Bianca is an excellent choice for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Hatton is a pretty village and centrally located for many attractions and places of interest in Warwickshire. This includes:

In less than a 10 minute drive you can be in the centre of Warwick town. It is full of history and culture as well as offering numerous places to eat and drink. Warwick is enriched with independent businesses offer an enticing blend of the old and the new.
