Apartment 1A is suitable for all ages but is hugely popular with slightly older visitors who enjoy its particular benefits. Sleeps 2 people.
Apartment 1B is a ground floor apartment to the rear of the building. Entry is into a comfortable living room in a cottage style. Sleeps 2 people.
Apartment 2 is for 1 or 2 people and is up the first flight of stairs (accessed by stair lift if required). The decor is fresh sky blue with matching curtains and bedding and a pure wool carpet. Sleeps 2 people.
Apartment 3 suits families and visitors of all ages. This apartment has magnificent sea views over Cullercoats Bay and along Tynemouth Longsands to Tynemouth Priory and the Tyne piers. Binoculars are provided. Sleeps 4 people.
Apartment 4 can sleep up to 2 people and is one and a half floors up and at the back of the building. It can be accessed with 2 stair lifts and 4 stairs with a few paces walk along the landing in between. There is a cosy kitchen/lounge area and has a tastefully decorated bedroom with a twin/double bed.
Apartment 5 is located on the second floor and to the front of the building, giving the fantastic panoramic view above. Binoculars are provided to give maximum enjoyment. Sleeps 4/5 people.
Our self catering apartments are only a short walk from the centre of town where there are a selection of shops and restaurants. We are surrounded by wonderful walks which provide guests with the opportunity to take in the fresh sea air. Newcastle city centre is 20 minutes away by the efficient and very frequent metro trains. For those coming by car, we supply a permit for parking on Beverley Terrace.
