Accommodation

Each cottage enjoys an individual style and offers modern luxury combined with period features to provide superb accommodation. All the cottages enjoy the use of our fabulous private indoor heated swimming pool. On your arrival, you will have a welcome basket with bread, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits & a bottle of wine.

Dumble Cottage:

This wonderful cottage has been meticulously renovated from one of the original 17th Century buildings in the curtilage of Netherton Hall. The cottage sleeps 2 people in a wonderful metal four-poster bed. Rustle up some delicious dishes in the traditional shaker-style solid oak kitchen which comes with an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge (with ice box) and microwave. Unwind in the cosy sitting room that has a Free-sat TV, an iPod dock, a DVD player, books and games. Outside there is a patio area with furniture for al fresco dining when the sun is shining.

Woodshed Cottage:

Our fantastic cottage has been beautifully converted from the old woodshed. The cottage sleeps 4 adults in two superb bedrooms, both of which can be made as king or twin rooms. One of the rooms has a modern freestanding bath to soak yourself in. Cook up a storm in a fully-equipped gloss kitchen that includes a large fridge and freezer and a dishwasher. The kitchen leads to a relaxing garden room that offers stunning views over the fields. Excellent entertainment facilities include a Free-Sat flat Screen TV and iPod Dock. Outside there is a sheltered private patio garden with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, offering a great spot for a glass of bubbly whilst savouring the views.

Winn Cottage:

This stunning cottage is brimming with historical features, including the original stone-flagged steps outside of the barn, mullioned windows and wooden beams. In total, there are 4 attractive bedrooms, including 3 of which can be made as twin or king rooms, plus 2 bathrooms. Three of the rooms are on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a lovely sitting room with seating, a Free-Sat flat screen TV, DVD player, iPod dock and a log burner for the winter months. Enjoy some home-cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen that includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Outside there is a private fenced patio with garden furniture for al fresco dining over a few glasses of wine.

Haven Cottage:

Our magnificent cottage has been tastefully converted from a 17th Century coach house and barn. The cottage sleeps 4 people two fantastic bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a walk-in wardrobe and the second bedroom has adult-size bunk beds. The bathroom comes with a large shower and a separate freestanding roll-top bath. On the ground floor is a large sitting room with Free-Sat TV, a DVD and an iPod dock. The fully equipped kitchen is great for home cooking and includes a fridge, microwave, freezer and dishwasher. Outside there is a private patio area, great for a coffee in the morning sun.

Visiting Bradbourne & Exploring Derbyshire

Bradbourne is nestled on the edge of the Peak District. The footpaths and areas to cycle are superb. There are maps available to plan routes. Ashbourne is 15 minutes away. It has over 200 listed buildings and is known as the Gateway to Dovedale. It has a range of shops, places to eat and highlights such as the 17th Century Mansion. We are very close are several great historic houses to visit, with Chatsworth House probably the most impressive of all. It is the family seat of the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire and it dates back 5 centuries. Further attractions to visit while staying with us include:
