Little Summerhill Cottages are three converted barns situated off the beaten track at Dilhorne near Stoke on Trent.
Beech Cottage offers a deceptively spacious interior with a kitchen/dining area, lounge, bathroom and double bedroom, earning it comparisons to the Tardis. It features underfloor heating and tiled floors for year-round comfort.
The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher and all essential utensils. A butterfly dining table seats four and folds away for convenience. The lounge has a comfortable leather corner sofa, smart TV, DVD player and a selection of books, DVDs and games. The double bedroom has its own thermostat for personalised comfort and the bathroom features an over-bath shower and heated towel rail.
With views over open farmland from most windows, guests might spot pheasants, red kites, hawks, or even a buzzard. Outside, enjoy a table and chairs, lawn areas and seating to relax and watch the countryside pass by.
Chestnut Cottage is ideal for the elderly, less mobile, or families. Fully on one level, the ground floor includes a kitchen/dining area/lounge, a spacious wet room and a wheelchair-accessible double bedroom. Underfloor heating and tiled floors provide year-round comfort, with thermostats in each room for individual temperature control. An electric wall-mounted fire adds instant warmth.
