Jurston Barn is a 17th Century property that offers luxury self catering accommodation just outside of Wellington. Our barn near Taunton is the perfect venue for family gatherings and celebrations in a beautiful area of Somerset

Accommodation

Our 400-year-old barn has six superbly appointed en suite super king or twin bedrooms. The house has three separate lounges, a games room and a fully equipped oak kitchen. There is a large dining and entertaining room. This is where guests can eat under the stars due to the huge skylight.

The barn is fully fitted with:
TV’s.
Sky package.
DVD player.
Wi-Fi throughout.
Bose iPod docking station.
Wood burner.

We provide all linen, dressing gowns and large fluffy towels Oak cots, toddler beds and high chairs are available. You will find a selection of games and films.

An amazing indoor pool and hot tub are available. There is also a playground and swing set available for use.

Outside we have a spacious patio area with seating and a BBQ for al fresco dining over a glass or two.

Visiting Wellington & Exploring Somerset

Our barn is a ten-minute walk from the heart of Wellington. This thriving market town offers several local pubs, bakers, butchers, grocers and a Waitrose. Within a short drive are several excellent pub restaurants. Somerset provides interesting towns, quaint villages and a great selection of attractions. Attractions to visit include:

Museum of Somerset.
Hestercombe House & Gardens.
Somerset County Cricket Club.
Taunton Brewhouse.
Hollywood Bowl Taunton.
