Riverside Cottage Holidays offer a range of self catering accommodation located in Oldford near Frome in Somerset. Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty alongside the River Frome, there is an opportunity not only to explore the beautiful Somerset countryside but also nearby Longleat House & Safari Park, the city of Bath as well as many other attractions in the area.

Our cottages come in a variety of sizes, from cosy one-bedroom options ideal for couples and solo travellers, to spacious four-bedroom cottages, perfect for large families or two smaller families sharing. Each cottage boasts its own unique features, yet all maintain their original charm and character. Every stay includes access to the beautiful surrounding grounds, orchard, riverbanks and open fields. Choose from seven delightful properties:

The Stable - Sleeps 2 people.
The Parlour - Sleeps 4 people.
The Dairy - Sleeps 6 people.
The Barn - Sleeps 12 people.
The Manger - Sleeps 6 people.
The Hayloft - Sleeps 5 people.
The Farrier - Sleeps 4 people.

All our properties have full central heating, free Wi-Fi and are comfortably furnished, including fully equipped kitchens, a barbeque and outdoor furniture.

Local Area

Apart from the river walks, BBQ’s on site, fishing or just “chilling out” for a day or two, you may also want to try some of the nearby outdoor / indoor activities in the area, such as horse riding, hot air balloon flights, Western style riding, rally karting, golf and quad biking.
