The Mill House - Sleeps 14

This spacious and luxurious property is the perfect retreat for large families or groups of friends. With an open-plan living area, it's designed for relaxation. Inside, there are two sitting areas, a private pool table and a large sauna. The house offers seven en-suite bedrooms, each with a TV and DVD player. These include five king-size bedrooms (one on the ground floor) and two twin bedrooms. The open-plan living area features a kitchen with a breakfast nook, a dining area and a sitting area with a wood burner. The spacious sauna, with room for eight, comes with a changing area for added convenience. The cottage is heated by an eco-friendly biomass system with underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators upstairs. It includes modern appliances like a range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Entertainment options abound with a 60" Smart TV, Blu-ray and DVDs. The private patio includes furniture, a BBQ and an 8-seater hot tub for relaxing evenings.

The Cart House - Sleeps 2

This house offers a romantic retreat with a private hot tub and luxurious open-plan living. The cottage is all on the ground floor and includes a king-size double bedroom with a TV/DVD and en-suite walk-in shower. The open-plan living area combines a kitchen, dining and sitting area, complete with a cosy wood burner. The cottage benefits from eco-friendly underfloor heating. It’s fully equipped with modern appliances like an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Entertainment includes two TVs, one with Freeview and the other a Smart TV, as well as a Blu-ray player, iPod dock and WiFi. Outside, the cottage features a private, enclosed courtyard garden with a BBQ, furniture and a hot tub. Off-road parking is provided for two cars.

Onsite Facilities

There is a shared games barn featuring air hockey, a pool table and a retro gaming table. Guests can also enjoy a large sports barn with a children's climbing frame and badminton. Fresh local eggs can be collected from the free-range chickens and an honesty shop offers homemade cakes and essentials.
