Situated amid glorious countryside, this idyllic retreat provides a peaceful escape and is a true haven for nature lovers, walkers and those seeking to explore the beauty of the Shropshire Hills.
Our ground-level, bespoke wooden holiday lodge is situated on a small park beside the River Clun, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Inside this lodge there is a spacious lounge with comfy seating and an LED TV, DVD player/Blu-ray player and music centre. This is a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. Cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen that comes with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, large quantity of utensils. Enjoy some delicious dishes in the dining room around the oak table.
2 bedrooms are available: a master room and a twin room. Both rooms share a modern bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, WC and hand washbasin.
Outside there is a large, decked area with a table and chairs, a patio lounge set, sun umbrella and reclining sun lounger chairs, offering a great spot for al fresco dining when the sun is shining. Onsite there is also a laundry room and bike store. Fishing is permitted on the site providing a rod license is owned and it's in season.
Just a 10-minute stroll away The Crown Inn, serves delicious meals and a hearty Sunday roast. You can also enjoy some local ales. Only a 5-minute drive away is Clun, home to lots of pubs, shops and tea shops. You can also visit the ruins of Clun Castle and the 15th Century pack horse bridge.
