Henrietta - Sleeps 5

The largest of the three cottages, once a former barn within the restored terrace, blends character and contemporary comfort with exposed stonework, original iron supports and cosy underfloor heating throughout its open-plan living space. Ideal for small families or friends, it features a comfortable seating area with a wall-mounted TV, dining table for four and a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. Upstairs, two bedrooms include a double with dual-aspect countryside views and a double plus single room, along with a shower room with rainwater shower and WC. Outside, guests can relax on benches in the rear garden overlooking the terrace, with an additional enclosed side area perfect for dogs.

William - Sleeps 4

The middle cottage in the restored terrace combines historic charm with contemporary touches, featuring exposed stonework and a cleverly arranged ground-floor living space. Ideal for small families or friends, it offers a cosy lounge with comfortable seating, a smart TV and a wood burner-effect electric fire, as well as a dining area for four overlooking the surrounding barns and a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: a double with garden views and en-suite rainwater shower and WC and a twin room also with its own en-suite. Outside, guests can enjoy a small front terrace for morning sun and access to communal grounds with a fire pit.

Mary - Sleeps 2

The end cottage in the restored terrace blends historic character with modern comfort, featuring exposed stonework and a stylish open-plan living space. Perfect for couples, it offers cosy armchairs around a Smart TV, a dining table for two and a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Upstairs, a double bedroom enjoys countryside views, along with a shower room with rainwater shower and WC. Outside, there is a small front terrace for enjoying the morning sun and access to communal grounds with a fire pit.

The Farmhouse - Sleeps 6

The Farmhouse has been renovated to a high standard, creating a spacious kitchen and dining area that is perfect for gathering together. The property comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three well-appointed bedrooms and also includes a sofa bed in the rear living room, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for larger families or groups of friends. There are also two modern shower rooms for added comfort and convenience.

For all of the properties, on-site parking is available, along with secure storage for bikes and canoes. Electric vehicle charging is also offered on site for an additional fee, payable directly to the owner. We also have a sauna being installed soon.
