With four comfortable properties to choose from, it’s a perfect destination for a relaxing countryside escape, scenic walks and memorable holidays in Norfolk’s idyllic landscape.

We have 4 properties to choose from, from a two-bed cottage for a romantic getaway to a new build with 3 bedrooms for a family, we have something for everyone. All of our properties are finished to a high standard and come with a luxurious hot tub to soak yourself whilst enjoying a tipple.

Our cosy barn sleeps up to 6 people & the barn dates from the 1700s but now enjoys a modern design. Inside there is an open plan living/dining area with a toasty wood burner, Freeview TV and French doors to the garden. Enjoy some home cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen that comes with an electric range, fridge and dishwasher. A utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. 3 bedrooms are available, 1 king en suite and 2 twin rooms. A bathroom has a bath, shower cubicle and toilet. A separate toilet is also available. Outside the is an enclosed garden with a patio and BBQ for al fresco dining.

The barn sleeps 12 people in 5 bedrooms. On the ground floor is 1 king en suite and 2 twin en suites. On the first floor is 1 king en suite and 1 en suite room with a double and single. A further toilet is on the ground floor. The large lounge has Freeview TV, a DVD player, wood burner and French doors leading to the garden. Cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen that includes an electric range, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A utility room has a washing machine & tumble dryer. Outside there is a garden to relax in with a coffee on a sunny morning.

This barn is ideal for large families or groups looking for a relaxing retreat, sleeping up to 14 people. On the ground floor is an open plan living space with a spacious ultra-modern kitchen with a range of appliances for home cooking, including an American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. The lounge area includes a 65’’ Freeview smart TV with Apple TV and wood burner. 7 bedrooms are available. On the ground floor, there are 2 king en suites and 1 twin en suite, plus a separate toilet. The first floor has 2 king en suites and 2 twin en suites. Outside there is a lawned garden and patio area with a table and chairs for al fresco dining over a few glasses of wine.

The lodge sleeps 4 plus 1 and comes with everything you need. On the ground floor is 1 double en suite and 1 twin en suite. A third single en suite is on the first floor and has a low ceiling, making it suitable for children. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances: electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. After a busy day sightseeing, unwind in the lounge/diner that has Freeview TV, a DVD player, CD player/iPod dock and French doors leading the decking area. Outside there is a large lawned garden and patio area, great for a sunny day.

Our barns are in a great location for discovering all that the area has to offer. Only 10 minutes from us Wayford Marine, offering self-drive day boats for enjoying the natural beauty of the Norfolk Broads. Only 5 minutes from us is Horning, the perfect spot for a drink at a relaxing riverside pub. You can also visit the medieval city of Norwich and see its cathedral. Attractions to visit include:
