The Vestry offers two holiday homes in the seaside village of Llangrannog, West Wales. Ideal for couples, families and groups, the cottages provide high-quality accommodation just a short stroll from the beach and the Wales Coast Path, making them perfect for coastal getaways. The village itself has two lovely sandy beaches, welcoming pubs, cosy cafés and a handy village shop, so everything you need for a relaxing stay is right on your doorstep.
The Upper Vestry sleeps 8–10 guests across five bedrooms, three doubles and two singles with child-only pull-out beds, including one ground floor double, a large family bathroom downstairs and an additional shower room upstairs. Finished to a high standard, the light filled interior showcases beautiful sash windows, solid oak flooring, a locally crafted oak staircase and underfloor heating, with an open-plan living space and a modern kitchen/diner featuring a large oak table and full range of appliances. The sitting room offers comfortable seating and a TV/DVD, while practical touches include an entrance hall for coats and boots. Outside, a rear door leads to a spacious enclosed patio with seating, a barbecue area, and a charming summerhouse and wooden chalet that serve as a games room for children or a peaceful retreat for adults, an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the sunsets over Llangrannog.
The single storey Lower Vestry accommodates up to four people. The Lower Vestry features two bedrooms, one double and one twin, a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a spacious open-plan living area with a dining table for four, comfortable sofas, a TV/DVD and an adjoining utility space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a halogen hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A rear door leads to a fully enclosed garden with an elevated lawn, outdoor table and chairs and a barbecue, creating a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the sunsets over Llangrannog, with a small shed available for storing outdoor gear and fuel.
Llangrannog is on the coastal path which is ideal for beautiful walks. Northwards will take you up towards Cwmtudu, Newquay and Aberaeron with the most stunning views up the Welsh coastline. Places to visit include:
