Casa Nuestra is located on the West side of Kirkwall off Sunnybank Road. At 250 feet above sea level the property enjoys panoramic views out towards Scapa Flow, Kirkwall and the North Isles.
The spacious self catering apartment forms the upper floor of this large family house. The property is tastefully furnished and comes complete with bedding and towels for a relaxing stay. Green energy is supplied by our own 5Kw Wind Turbine.
Inside there is a spacious open plan lounge, dining and Kitchen area. The dining and lounge area includes a 3 piece suite, Smart Tv, and dining table to seat 6.
The fully- equipped Kitchen comes with a range of appliances including fan oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, integrated cooker hood, kettle and toaster. The utility room has separate washer and drier with ironing board and Iron.
3 en-suite bedrooms are available with twin, double and large twin (double + single) configurations.
The City and Royal Burgh of Kirkwall is a 25-minute walk away but only a few minutes drive by car, and there is a regular bus service as well. You can stroll along the harbour whilst enjoying the view or visit the amazing St. Magnus Cathedral or see the interesting exhibits at the Museum close by. Stromness is a 20 minute drive by car.
