Woodbine Annexe offers self catering accommodation in Birsay. Based in a coastal setting in Orkney, just a short walk to the beach and seaside.

Our annexe is tastefully furnished and great for a relaxing getaway. Inside there is a spacious sitting room with a sofa and a well-equipped kitchen divided from the sitting room by a breakfast bar. The open fire will keep you warm in the winter months. The bedroom has twin beds and the bathroom includes a shower. Outside there is a large garden to unwind in.

Nearby there is a local shop, post office, tearoom, galleries, pub, RSPB Reserves and a craft shop. We are only a 20-minute drive to Stromness and a 5 minute drive to Dounby Village where there a local Co-operative. Lots of historical sites are in the area, including a 16th Century castle, Viking ruins, churches and war memorials. The area also boasts coastal walks and free loch fishing is available. Attractions in the area include:

Ring of Brodgar.
