The Smoke Room is a cosy holiday flat set in a quiet courtyard just a short walk from the town centre of Berwick-upon-Tweed. It is also close to the Holy Island of Lindisfarne.

The flat can sleep 3 people in one bedroom which has a double and single bed.

There is a lovely wood-panelled living/dining room and a fully fitted kitchen. Facilities include:

Berwick-upon-Tweed has independent shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. It is famous for its Elizabethan Walls, culture, bridges, wildlife and beaches. The lighthouse, sandy beach and pier are close to The Smoke Room. The Walls Walk, immediately adjacent to The Old Smokehouse, enjoys views across the estuary, sea, to Holy Island and up The Tweed.

Other walks in the area include The Berwickshire Coast Path, St Cuthbert's Way, the Cheviot Hills and the Lammermuir Hills.
