Sulby Barns offers fantastic self catering accommodation on the edge of Welford. Based on our working farm between Northamptonshire and Leicestershire, we are the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life.

Pitcher’s Barn

Our 200 year old disused cattle barn has been renovated to offer modern accommodation. The carbon-neutral barn comes with underfloor heating and sleeps up to 2 people.

Inside there is an open place space with a fully fitted kitchen including a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Facilities include a TV and seating and on the ground floor, there is a bathroom. A paddle stair leads to the mezzanine double bedroom.

Outside we have a hot tub to soak yourself in.

Tanser’s Barn

We offer stylish accommodation for up to 2 people in this 200-year-old disused cattle barn. The carbon-neutral barn comes with underfloor heating.

The open plan space will suit all your needs after a day sightseeing. Facilities include a TV and the fully-equipped kitchen has a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom. A paddler stair leads to the mezzanine double bedroom.

Outside we have a hot tub, perfect for relaxing in with a glass of bubbly.

We are ideally located to discover all that the area has to offer. You can enjoy a drink at The Wharf Inn at Welford or The Red Lion in Sibbertoft. Visit Mini Meadows Farm or explore the Naseby Battlefield and Museum. Play a round at Kilworth Springs Golf Club. Attractions to visit include:
