Situated in a tranquil dale at Bogridge Farm, alongside the owner's farmhouse, they are surrounded by rolling hills and bluebell woodlands. The beautiful spa town of Harrogate is just a 15-minute drive away.

Bramble Cottage

- Two steps lead to a spacious entrance hall with ample storage for coats and boots.
- The well-equipped kitchen features integrated appliances and overlooks bird feeders.
- The living/dining room boasts a Yorkstone fireplace, flat-screen TV, Freeview, DVD player and a selection of films, books and games.
- The master bedroom on the ground floor has fitted furniture, patio doors and an ensuite with a large shower.
- A winding staircase leads to a galleried landing, a spacious twin bedroom (convertible to a super king), and a house bathroom, both with Velux windows offering views of the orchard, fields and woodland.

Rossmoor Cottage

- The open-plan living space features high ceilings, large windows and patio doors leading to a sun terrace with views of the play garden and Round Hill.
- The kitchen is well-equipped (excluding a dishwasher) and centres around a Yorkstone fireplace with a log-effect burner. The living area includes a smart TV, DVD player and a selection of films, books and games.
- The ground floor includes a shower room and a bedroom with a king-size bed (convertible to two singles), featuring an oak window seat overlooking the orchard.
- Upstairs, a galleried double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a corner bath offers stunning views of the night sky through a Velux window.

Bogridge Farm Highlights

- Traditional meadow grassland supports a variety of wildflowers, native grasses, birds and insects. In summer, the land is grazed by suckler cows and calves. Come & meet the cows!
- Walking to the top of Round Hill rewards with superb views across the lower Wharfe Valley, including Harewood Estate, Castley viaduct, Otley Chevin, and Ilkley Moor. It's also excellent for sledging in snow.
- Adjacent to Round Hill is Baileys Whin, six acres of mature oak woodland, historically planted in the 1700s. In spring, the woods are carpeted with bluebells.
- The area is ideal for spotting Red Kites and Buzzards, often seen soaring in circles over Round Hill.
