Demesne Farm Cottages offers delightful self catering accommodation on the outskirts of Fylingdales, a village near Whitby in North Yorkshire. Our holiday homes are nestled in the hillside and have breathtaking views of the countryside and down towards the coastal village of Robin Hoods Bay.

Our holiday complex has holiday homes, all of which have been carefully decorated and furnished to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Each holiday cottage is fully equipped and all fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Wheelhouse, Forge & Byre

All sleep six. Each holiday cottage is on one level, these properties boast three bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious open plan dining/lounge with feature beams, serving hatch to a separate kitchen with ceramic tiled floor. Bedroom one, a large room with a double bed and en suite bathroom, bedrooms two & three are twin-bedded rooms.

Bay View

Sleeps six. This cottage boasts panoramic views over Robin Hood's Bay. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen/dining room and a separate spacious lounge.

Dove Cote

Sleeps eight and is disabled friendly. This holiday cottage provides ample access to all rooms including a downstairs bedroom. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms and a separate bathroom.

Visiting Fylingdales & Exploring North Yorkshire

Our holiday cottages are set less than a mile away from the picturesque northeastern village of Robin Hood's Bay and are only 4 miles away from the historic fishing town of Whitby. The northern eastern premier coastal resort of Scarborough is located just 18 miles away. The location is ideal for walkers and cyclists. Attractions to visit include:
