Hall Farm Cottages offer self catering accommodation located in Horning, Norwich in Norfolk. Surrounded by open Norfolk Countryside with views over the valley of the River Ant these spacious holiday cottages are an ideal base for exploring the Norfolk Broads or the North Norfolk Coast.

These luxury two and three bedroom, two bathroom cottages are generously sized and come with full central heating, hot water, and electricity included in the price. Additionally, we have a small one bedroom apartment, suitable for a couple.

There is someone on site every day to ensure that should you have any problems, we are there to help and advise.

All cottages at Hall Farm have a level paved access from your car, an open plan living area, and a downstairs bedroom with en suite facilities.

They are ideally suited for those who have mobility problems or are disabled, and who are accompanied by a companion or helper.

We try to offer a safe environment for children, away from the road, all cottages have a grassy enclosed garden. The cottages each have their own private terraces with garden furniture, ideal for a family BBQ.

We have a spacious games room, with a large pool table, table tennis, darts, football table, and also a Ninja Turtle machine for the youngsters. There are lots of toys, jigsaws and games. There is also a television with a DVD player.

We have half a mile of bank on the River Ant, situated just a few hundred yards away over the fields. A wide footpath is kept clear along the river bank and pegs have been cleared for your convenience. At Hall Farm, we cater for all ages and offer a wide range of facilities to make your holiday enjoyable. Golf is available locally also.
