Manningham House is perfectly situated in the heart of the peaceful village of Ringstead on the stunning North Norfolk coast. Whether you are looking to enjoy the beautiful coastline, the endless sandy beaches or the glorious countryside, all can be found a short distance from Manningham House.
Ringstead is a friendly village, boasting the popular Gin Trap Inn which serves delicious food and the Ringstead Stores which stocks local produce. The shop also has a maze of antique rooms to explore. For further provisions Hunstanton and Heacham have larger supermarkets and there are farm shops nearby.
This period house is spacious, built of natural carrstone and is comfortably furnished throughout.
On the ground floor:
Large well-equipped kitchen diner with an Aga, as well as hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. In the dining area there is seating for six, a TV and a wood burning stove. French windows lead on to the garden.
Two cosy sitting rooms with comfortable seating, one with a wood burner. One of the sitting rooms has a TV and a games cupboard.
On the first floor:
Two double bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and the other with a superking sized bed. The superking has an ensuite shower room.
Two single bedrooms.
One family bathroom with a roll top bath, separate shower, heated towel rail and underfloor heating, as well as a basin and loo.
Outside:
Private garden with a BBQ and garden furniture.
Off-street parking for two cars.
Lockable outbuilding housing table-tennis.
