Set in over 150 acres of farmland in the heart of the Norfolk Broads National Park, Grove Farm has been welcoming visitors for three generations. Perfectly located for exploring the Broads, the stunning coastline and the many local attractions, it offers self catering accommodation and beautifully spacious gardens, making it an ideal retreat for families and friends to relax and unwind throughout the year.

The house features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. There is a large lounge with TV and piano, dining room for 12 and a second lounge with TV/DVD and WiFi. Upstairs, the accommodation includes a family room with a double and single bed and an en suite shower room, another family room with a double and single bed and an en suite bathroom, a twin room with an en suite shower room, a double room with a 4' bed and en suite shower room and a twin room with a private bathroom and separate toilet. An additional toilet is also available. Duvets and all bed linen are provided. Outside there’s a large shared garden with seating and play equipment.

This tastefully furnished self-catering holiday cottage features a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and an open-plan lounge and kitchen area with a bed settee, TV, WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and cooker. Duvets and all bed linen are provided. Guests can enjoy a private garden as well as access to a large shared lawn with a summer house, spacious gardens and swings.

This cottage includes a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and an open-plan lounge and kitchen area with a bed settee, TV and WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and cooker and duvets and all bed linen are provided. Guests can enjoy their own private garden as well as access to a large shared lawn with a summer house, spacious gardens, swings, a BBQ and a fire pit.

There is a shared games room for guests to enjoy with a snooker table and table tennis. With all of the properties, electricity is included in the price, but they are not suitable for wheelchair access.

While staying at Grove Farm, there are plenty of ways to explore the area. You can hire a boat by the hour or day from nearby riverside boatyards, visit charming villages, stop at excellent riverside pubs for good food and real ale, or simply relax and watch the wildlife of the Norfolk Broads as the sun sets. Nearby, miles of sandy beaches stretch along a stunning coastline of dunes and cliffs, perfect for seaside adventures. Families will enjoy the lively resorts of Hemsby and Great Yarmouth, home to the famous Golden Mile and the Pleasure Beach.
