Summary

Kilt Room Cottage offers charming self catering accommodation just 5 minutes from Aberlour. We are set in a peaceful and relaxing location and a great base for exploring Moray, with The Lecht ski centre 45 mins away and the Nordic Ski centre 35 mins away.

Accommodation

Our cottage sleeps up to 2 people and is ideal for couples. We accept 1 or 2 well-behaved dogs. A welcome pack of shortbread, milk, tea, and coffee is provided.

The disabled-friendly cottage comes with an open plan kitchen and lounge/dining room with two 2 seater sofas, a table, chairs and Freeview TV. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven and hob, microwave, toaster, fridge and washing machine.

A comfortable bedroom has twin beds and a hair dryer. The wet room comes with a disabled stool for the shower.

Outside we have a patio with a picnic table, a great spot for breakfast in the morning sun.

Visiting Aberlour & Exploring Moray

You can enjoy lots of attractions and activities in the area whilst staying with us. There is salmon fishing on the River Spey or distillery tours and tastings sessions in Aberlour, GlenFarclas, The Macallan, Cardhu, Glen Grant and Glenfiddich. 2 whisky festivals are held each year, on the first weekend in May and the last weekend in September. Activities in the area include hunting, cycling, golf, clay pigeon shooting, horse riding, skiing, tennis and swimming. Further attractions to visit include:
