About Clematis Cottage
Our aim has been to provide a luxurious retreat that a couple or a family can enjoy. We have tried to ensure the cottage is as family friendly as possible. Facilities for children include high chairs, travel cots and stair gates. Books and toys can also be provided on request for our younger visitors who will receive a warm welcome from the resident teddies, who give a special welcome gift for their new young friends.At the holiday home you will find:
Living room with comfortable seating, TV with Freeview, DVD player and gas stove
Dining room with lovely dark oak furniture and a wood burning stove (all fuel included for your stay)
Fully fitted kitchen with a walk-in pantry and laundry area.
Large & luxuriously appointed bathroom.
King size and twin bedroom.
Both of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated. There are calm areas where you can rest, recuperate and enjoy a good night’s sleep. The king size bedroom is well proportioned, with built in wardrobes, dressing table, bedside cabinets and a wall mounted flat screen television and DVD. High quality heavy curtains cut out the light and cotton luxury bed linen, soft Egyptian Hotel quality cotton towels, cosy duvets and warm throws help ensure a relaxing and good night's sleep. (For the comfort of guests with allergies, no feather pillows or duvets are used, but may be provided on request). A hairdryer and torch are also provided. The twin bedroom, with views over the pretty garden, also provides similar guest comforts.
Parking is on street but in such a quiet area it is usually easy to get a parking space right outside the cottage. To the rear is a pretty, secure garden with lockable shed. Garden furniture and sun beds are provided. There is a secure enclosed and not overlooked pretty garden with outdoor furniture providing an ideal spot for relaxing.

Tealby is surrounded by breath-taking scenery. There are walking and cycling routes direct from the village and a host of other activities available in less than a 30-minute drive. If you are looking to switch off and relax, then Tealby is the ideal place to go. The village has a community shop, two dining pubs and a beautiful tea room all of which are in walking distance of the cottage. Behind the village hall is a playing field and a children’s play area.In nearby Market Rasen you will find an excellent golf course and the only racecourse in Lincolnshire. It has a family friendly atmosphere, with quality racing and amazing views around the course that are unmatched anywhere in the county. Other places that are worth a visit during your stay include:
