Situated in an elevated position within a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, these three self-catering holiday cottages boast stunning views over the Weald and feature private, south-facing gardens at the rear. Housed in a detached, beautifully converted former Estate Office at the top of the drive, the cottages enjoy a secluded setting far from the road, ensuring a stay free from traffic noise.
This idyllic location is perfect for walkers and nature lovers, with direct access to Birchden Wood and the dramatic Harrisons Rocks just moments away. Only half a mile up the road lies Broadwater Warren, a 450-acre RSPB reserve, providing endless opportunities to explore the area’s rich wildlife and scenic landscapes.
This cottage has been totally refurbished and completed to a very high standard and sleeps up to six people in 3 bedrooms (two double bedrooms & one twin bedded room) two of which have en suites and a third family bathroom. All bathrooms have top of the range walk-in showers and underfloor heating. There are sliding French doors opening onto a large patio with south facing aspect. The open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room is well equipped with the latest touch control hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer and there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom has a freestanding bath and separate shower and there are two further luxury shower rooms. The kitchen also has with three flat screen wall mounted LCD TV's and there is ample parking space and children are welcome.
This well equipped self catering accommodation sleeps up to three people. There is a large lounge with a day bed in an alcove and open fireplace. The bathroom has a "d" shaped bath and electric shower and the kitchen has a cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a TV, DVD & Radio and large garden area with south facing patio. Ample parking space is available and children welcome. Guests can also use the communal laundry room with washing machine and drier.

It sleeps up to four people in one double bedroom and one twin-bedded room. There is a large open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room with the latest touch control hob and oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. The bathroom has a freestanding bath and separate shower and there is also a 37 inch LCD TV on the wall as well a DVD player. There is ample parking space and children are welcome.
The picturesque village of Groombridge is just half a mile away where you can travel back in time by taking the local steam train into Royal Tunbridge Wells. The village has two country pubs, one overlooking the village cricket ground and one next to the popular Groombridge Place Gardens. For your shopping needs, there is a village Post office, a general store and a superb village bakery.
Royal Tunbridge wells is only 4 miles away with the popular Victoria Shopping Centre and the historic Pantiles, the town’s famous colonnaded shopping street. The mainline railway station takes 50 minutes to London and 40 minutes to the south coast. Nearer still is Eridge Station, just 1 ½ miles away, with a regular service to London in an hour.
