2 Cluniac Cottages is a charming and substantial stone built cottage located on an eight acre garden, no more than 400 yards from the beautiful Priory Bay beach via a private track through the orchard and ancient woodlands. It offers the best of coast and country.

Accommodation

This gorgeous cottage also has an enclosed, large private garden at the back with BBQ terrace and outdoor table and chairs.

The Cluniac sleeps up to 10 people and has private parking for 3 cars.

The well equipped kitchen has everything you may need including a Range Master with double ovens, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, and easy seating. There is also a separate dining room, sitting room and a snug which gives our guests plenty of space to spread out. Upstairs there are four bedrooms - a master king en-suite with views over the Solent to Chichester, a double bedroom with views over the countryside and two twin bedrooms, with a bunk and another single bed, perfect for the kids. There is a full family bathroom, plus another bathroom downstairs with shower over bath and a guest toilet.
