Holly Tree House is a large luxurious holiday home that is situated in Symonds Yat West in Herefordshire. Our self catering holiday home can sleep up to 22 people and is perfect for family and friends who are looking for a place to get together.

The house easily offers the perfect group accommodation for family get-togethers, special occasions, celebrations, reunions and fun, activity-based holidays. There is a large and fully equipped kitchen that leads on to a dining room that can comfortably seat 20 people. From here there are sliding doors leading onto a patio. There are two sitting rooms, each with an open fire and large bay window overlooking the River Wye. There is also a snug, perfect for getting stuck into a good book.

Each bedroom is unique, six of which are en suite (bath or shower). There is also a family sized bathroom, shower-room and downstairs cloakroom.

A hot tub for six is located in the terraced gardens. On the patio there is a charcoal fired BBQ and there is plenty of seating on the patio and wooden decking to take full advantage of the glorious views.

Our holiday home is in the Wye Valley which has many outdoor activities for people of all fitness levels. You can simply enjoy the stunning scenery, local castles, golfing and great shopping - or if you're feeling more adventurous you can take to the river in a canoe, send the kids on a Go-Ape experience, cycle the forest trails or play Warfare Laser-Ops, or even have a day at the Races!
