Summary

Fern Bank is a spacious family house in Horton on the Gower Peninsula. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk down the hill from the house. Horton is the great base for exploring the local area.

Accommodation

Fern Bank is a perfect house for family group holidays. There are 5 bedrooms that can sleep 10 people:

• Two double rooms.
• Two twin rooms.
• One bunk room.
One upstairs bathroom.

On the ground there are:

• Two living rooms, both with TV and DVD.
• A play room with additional small double sofa bed.
• A large kitchen with everything you need to cook for a big family group with a table that seats 12.

In the basement that leads out to the garden, there is table tennis, washing machine and dryer, a freezer, and a second bathroom.

The large, self-contained back garden is perfect for the children to run around in, and for outdoor dining.

Bed linen and bath towels are supplied.

Visiting Horton & Exploring Glamorgan

Horton is a quiet village on the south of the Gower Peninsula at the eastern end of Port Eynon Bay. It is about 15 miles west of Swansea which is a seaside town with many attractions.

There are local shops and pubs and plenty of lovely sandy beaches to visit, some great surfing spots, and stunning scenery.

Rates: £1500 to £2200 per week depending on the season.
Weekend breaks available out of season.
Short Breaks are a minimum of 3 nights.
