The Coach House
A charming detached late 19th Century converted coach house set in the grounds of the owner's home which was once a Victorian preparatory school. The Coach House sleeps 4, plus ample room for a cot. The holiday cottage has been recently renovated and beautifully furnished. It benefits from its own private garden, allowing personal access to the Prestatyn-Dyserth walkway and has been awarded 5 Star by Visit Wales.There is ample private parking in the courtyard outside the accommodation.
The Stables
The Stables is set in the grounds of the owner's home adjoining the once Victorian preparatory school. The holiday cottage sleeps 5 with ample room for a cot.Recently renovated and furnished with careful attention to detail, the holiday cottage benefits from its own spacious private courtyard and has been graded ‘5 Star’ by Visit Wales.

Our holiday cottages provide an ideal base for those looking for a beach holiday or a convenient location offering guests the opportunity to explore the Snowdonia National Park, the North Wales coast and historic local towns such as Chester & Denbigh all within a 30 minute drive.When it comes to planning your next cycling holiday, Vale View Cottages is an ideal base. North Wales is a cycling holiday paradise. Famous for its breathtaking scenery. It is suitable for cyclists of all abilities. Whether it’s a leisurely cycle ride with the family along the coastal cycleway, taking in the towns of Colwyn Bay and Llandudno or a scenic family ride starting from the cottages straight onto the Prestatyn-Dyserth Way. Or for a more challenging mountain bike trail buried right in the heart of Snowdonia at Betws-y-Coed, it’s a real mountain bike Mecca, you’ll find North Wales hard to beat.
