Lounge with a 2 seater sofa, single chair and single recliner with footstool, TV with built in Freeview, DVD player, CD player with radio, an electric fire and WIFI.
Dining/kitchen with fridge/freezer, washer dryer, microwave & oven/grill/hob
Bathroom with shower.
One double bedroom on the ground floor.
One twin upstairs.
Heating is by gas central heating with an additional electric fire in the lounge.

It commands an uninterrupted view along the shore to the harbour (now a marina). Just beyond the harbour there is a well equipped play park.
