This refurbished three-bedroom Newquay holiday home is ideally situated on the coveted Pentire side of Newquay, near Fistral Beach and the town centre.

Upon entering the open-plan living area, you'll discover a well-equipped space designed for your utmost comfort, complete with amenities such as a Smart TV, Sky TV (with Sky Q), CatchUp TV and convenient USB ports in both the lounge and dining areas. Two comfortable sofas await you.

The kitchen diner boasts a high-level oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microgrill, fridge, freezer and an extra-large breakfast bar. Additionally, there's a dining table with chairs, making it a versatile space for meal preparation and dining.

Moving upstairs, you'll find three carpeted bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a spacious super king-size bed, a wardrobe, drawers and a wall-mounted 50-inch TV with the same Sky package as downstairs. Bedroom 2 offers a cosy double bed with ample storage, while Bedroom 3 is a charming single room with storage and a small TV with Sky access.

The bathroom is equipped with a P-shaped bath, a generous shower head over the bath, an illuminated bath mirror and a heated towel rail.

Our accommodation also features a private backyard, perfect for unwinding in the evening. You can relax on the decked area with a glass of wine or enjoy a barbecue after an eventful day.

Local Area

Newquay's premier surfing beach, Fistral, is just a short walk away, easily accessible for surfers, picnickers, and beachgoers. No need to drive to enjoy this fantastic location.

For those who appreciate nature, the nearby River Gannel tidal estuary is a haven for birdwatchers and anglers. The serene surroundings offer an ideal setting for scenic walks and picnics. During low tide, you can take a stroll down the river to the breathtaking Crantock Beach.

Golf enthusiasts can tee off at the renowned Newquay Golf Course, a mere 10-minute stroll away, with stunning vistas overlooking Fistral Beach.

Adventurous holidaymakers can't miss the Lusty Glaze Adventure Centre, where activities such as rock climbing, abseiling, and coasteering await. Alternatively, you can enjoy exciting rides on the banana boat or jet-ski for a thrilling experience.
