Summary

Ebenezer Chapel offers self catering accommodation located in the large village of Milford near the town of Belper in Derbyshire. The self catering cottage used to be a stone Methodist Chapel that dates back from 1846 it has been converted to offer superb accommodation that retains much of its original character and charm with oak beams and pews.

Accommodation

The lounge on the ground floor is large and spacious offering an original pulpit, plenty of comfortable seating and a TV. The dining area overlooks the lower floor lounge. There is also a lounge on the second floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you will need during your break including plenty of crockery and cutlery.

On the ground floor there is a bathroom with toilet, basin, bath and large separate walk in shower with an additional shower in the triple bedroom. On the middle floor there is a family bathroom with toilet, basin, bath and separate shower cubicle, with an additional shower in the family bedroom. The top floor has three en suite shower rooms. All bedrooms except one have vanity basins. There are a total of eight bedrooms that sleep a total of twenty people.

On the ground floor there is one double, one twin and one family room. On the first floor there is one family and on the second floor there is one twin, one triple, one double and one family.

Local Area

There are many shops, pubs and restaurants located close to the self catering accommodation and a baby sitting service can be arranged.

The local area is full of attractions including the Crich Tramway Village Museum, Gulliver’s Kingdom and Alton Towers.

The area offers a range of activities such as canoeing, fishing, tennis, bowls, climbing, caving, gliding and many different water sports.
