Moorshead Farm Cottages

Summary

Moorshead Farm Cottages offers charming self catering accommodation in Sigingstone. We are nestled in a beautiful countryside setting near Cowbridge and are in a great position to explore Glamorgan.

All the cottages come with a well-equipped kitchen, a smart TV, wood burner and quality facilities. All bed linen and towels are included and we provided basic supplies. Each cottage has a washing machine with an integral dryer.

Wren Cottage

Our cottage is all on one floor and comes with a well-equipped kitchen including a cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms: 1 double and 1 bunkroom. Outside there is an enclosed back garden with a paved seating area and lawn for al fresco dining when the sun is out.

Swallow Cottage

We offer accommodation in two bedrooms on the first floor: 1 double and 1 single. The well-equipped kitchen has a cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and washer/dryer. Outside there is an enclosed garden and paved seating with and a lawn, great for a coffee in the morning sun.

Starling Cottage

This cottage is based just across the farmyard from Wren and Starling has a well-equipped kitchen with a cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and washer/dryer. There is a double en suite bedroom. Stay cosy in front of the wood burner. There is a paddock and picnic table opposite to us.

Warbler Cottage

Our cottage has a well-equipped kitchen, a smart TV, wood burner and a double bedroom with en suite facilities. Across the farmyard is the paddock or you can enjoy a glass of wine on the picnic table.

Visiting Sigingstone & Exploring Glamorgan

We are just three miles from both the market town of Cowbridge and historic Llantwit Major with the heritage coast. We are just a short walk away from Sigingstone village and locally there are lots of beautiful walking routes to enjoy. Attractions to visit include:

St Fagans National Museum of History.
Dyffryn House and Gardens.
Old Beaupre Castle.
Cowbridge Physic Garden.
St Quentin's Castle.
