Beech House is set on the hillside overlooking Hebden Bridge. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet only a 10-minute walk from the centre of town and just 5 minutes from the station. The property is divided into two, with the holiday let completely self-contained and accessed through its own private front door. It features two spacious double bedrooms, making it ideal for a comfortable stay.
On the ground floor, there is a fully fitted kitchen equipped with modern appliances and a dining table. A separate lobby provides access to a downstairs toilet and convenient outside storage for bicycles.
The lounge is large and comfortable, furnished with sofas, a coffee table, a Freesat TV and DVD player, a Wurlitzer, a touchscreen jukebox and a flame-effect fire. Guests can enjoy a selection of games, books and DVDs. Patio doors open onto a furnished patio area, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Unlimited broadband access is available throughout the property.
Both bedrooms are generously sized and include ensuite bathrooms. Each bed is fitted with a Limoges 1500 pocket sprung mattress to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Bedrooms are also equipped with a TV, hair dryer and come supplied with towels and toiletries. A high chair and travel cot can be provided, although bed linen for the cot is not included.
The house is fully centrally heated and offers versatile accommodation. Guests are welcomed with a complimentary starter pack containing essentials for breakfast, including tea, coffee, milk, bread, spread, cereals, eggs, jam, marmalade, orange juice and a fresh fruit bowl.
Outside, guests can enjoy private established gardens and a patio area. At the rear of the property, the hillside is directly accessible, offering scenic walking paths. Ample off-road parking is available for up to five vehicles and a Zappi car charger is provided for use, with guests required to bring their own lead.
