Pankhurst Cottage is a charming Victorian end-terrace situated in the heart of Louth, a picturesque market town set within the stunning Lincolnshire Wolds.

This delightful cottage features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cosy living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. The open-plan living and dining area is warm and inviting, complete with an electric fireplace, a 43-inch Freesat Smart TV, a DVD player with a selection of films and a dining table that seats four. Wi-Fi is included.

The well-equipped kitchen offers modern appliances, including a cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and DAB radio. From here, a door leads to a convenient shower room with a shower cubicle and toilet.

Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the second bedroom features a three-quarter double bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. Also on this floor is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower cubicle, and toilet. For added safety, stair gates are fitted at both the top and bottom of the stairs.

For guests bringing a four-legged friend, the cottage provides food and water bowls, a spare dog lead, a pet towel & poo bags. Guests will need to bring their own pet blanket or cushion for the bed.

Step outside to a large, fully enclosed courtyard, ideal for relaxing in the fresh air. Seating includes a wooden bench and a patio table with four chairs, perfect for alfresco dining.

All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided and heating and electricity costs are included. On-road parking is available either in front of or close to the property.

With its prime town-centre location, Pankhurst Cottage is an ideal base for exploring Louth and the surrounding Lincolnshire countryside.

Louth boasts beautiful Georgian streets lined with Grade II listed buildings, as well as a wealth of attractions including St. James' Church, a theatre, cinema, museum, golf course and a modern leisure centre. The town also offers a fantastic selection of independent shops and a diverse range of eateries to suit all tastes.
