Lanyon

Lanyon is a versatile 3-bedroom, semi-detached holiday home in Cornwall with stunning views, perfect for families or groups of up to six. The reverse-level design features three ground-floor bedrooms: a king-size master with ensuite and garden access, a super king-size (or twin) room with garden access and a twin (or super king-size) room. All rooms include quality bedding, towels (excluding beach towels) and TVs for added comfort. A family bathroom with a bath and shower is also on this level. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area is ideal for gathering. The fully equipped kitchen includes a double oven, induction hob and microwave, while the dining area seats six. The lounge boasts comfy sofas, a wood-burning stove and sliding doors to a balcony with breathtaking views of St Ives Bay. The balcony features seating to enjoy sunsets, while the decked garden offers a built-in BBQ. Lanyon provides underfloor heating, solar thermal panels, parking for two cars and an EV charging point.

Treen

Treen is a reverse-level holiday home sleeping up to six, perfect for families or groups seeking a Cornish getaway. The ground floor features three bedrooms: a king-size master with an ensuite shower room and garden access, plus two flexible bedrooms with super king-size zip and link beds that can convert to twins, one also with garden access. A family bathroom and TVs in all bedrooms add to the convenience. Upstairs, the open-plan living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with a wood-burning stove. Sliding doors lead to a balcony with stunning 180-degree views over Porthmeor Beach and St Ives Bay. Outside, the decked garden has a built-in BBQ, and the balcony offers seating for dining or relaxing. Treen also includes parking for two cars and a free EV charging point.

The two properties accommodate up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms, each with its own bath or shower room. Please note that hen parties, stag parties, and college leaving groups are not permitted.
