Accommodation

The first floor features a stunning vaulted open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The lounge includes a 40" Smart TV, Alexa, Wi-Fi and a three-sided wood burner, with views through the bi-fold doors that open to a Juliet balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher, electric cooker, hob, fridge, freezer and microwave. The dining table seats six, with a high chair and booster seat available upon request. Also on the first floor is the main bathroom, which includes a large dual-ended bathtub with woodland views, a WC and a basin. Underfloor heating runs throughout the space for added comfort.

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a king-size double bed and another that can be arranged as either two full-size singles or a super king-size bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains, blinds and a TV. The shower room has a high-pressure walk-in shower, WC and washbasin. Additionally, the understairs cupboard houses a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and booster seat.

Outside, the garden area is located at the front of the house, which sits down a quiet, private lane with serene woodland views. There is off-road parking for two cars and an EV type 2 charger. Garden furniture is provided during the warmer months.

Tree Top View is eco-friendly, boasting an A-rated Energy Performance Certificate, PV solar panels, a Mechanical Heat Recovery and Ventilation (MHRV) system and a 5,000-litre rainwater harvester.

Visiting Sheringham & the Area

Sheringham features a charming high street with unique shops leading down to the seafront, where you can watch fishermen launch their traditional boats from the shore. The Blue Flag beach is a mix of pebbles and sand with a flat promenade, part of the North Norfolk Coastal Path. A popular local attraction is the North Norfolk Railway, offering steam and diesel engine rides through Weybourne to the beautiful Georgian town of Holt. Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Sheringham offers miles of coastline to explore, allowing you to visit a different beach every day of your holiday.
