Water Lily Lodge offers wonderful self catering accommodation in White Colne, nestled on the edge of a hidden lake. Located near Colchester in a beautiful area of Essex, we boast stunning waterfront views.

Accommodation

Our lodge is reached via a country track and is surrounded by wildlife. The property sleeps up to 6 people and off road parking is available.

Inside we have an open plan living area to unwind after a day exploring. Facilities include a log burner, smart TV, dining table and sofas. The fully equipped comes with a range of appliances: electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

Bedrooms consist of 1 king room and 2 twin rooms. The bedrooms shared a walk-in shower with twin sinks and a loo. Bed linen, towels and a hair dryer are provided.

Outside we have a lakeside decking area with garden furniture and BBQ for al fresco dining in the evening sun. You can soak yourself in the hot tub whilst savouring the views.

Visting White Colne & Exploring Essex

Only 10 minutes from us there are lovely walks in an ancient woodland. Visit Mersea Island for seafood or enjoy the coast at Frinton, Maldon and Clacton-on-Sea. The town of Colchester has lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and a famous castle. Attractions to visit include:

Colchester Zoo.
Colne Valley Steam Railway Museum.
Highwoods Country Park.
Hollytrees Museum.
St Botolph's Priory.
