Athina Cottage in Welton provides self-catering accommodation on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Perfect for families, friends, or group getaways, our well-appointed holiday cottage offers a rural retreat while being within easy reach of Lincoln’s historic city centre, picturesque villages and scenic walking and cycling trails.

Our spacious cottage sleeps up to 20 people and is finished to a high standard to suit all your needs. We are ideal for stag and hen parties.

Our properties have a main lounge to unwind in that includes comfy seating and Sky TV with full sports package and a Bluetooth docking station. A second lounge comes with seating, a TV and DVD player. French doors open to the balcony.

On the first floor is a well-equipped kitchen with a range of appliances: hob, fridge, microwave etc. The main kitchen includes a 4 piece place setting and lots of appliances including a cooker and microwave. A utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. A dining room offers seating for up to 20 people.

In total, there are 10 bedrooms: 3 double rooms (2 en suite), 5 twins, 1 triple and 1 single bedroom with an en suite Jack and Jill shower room. There are seven bath/shower rooms and a WC.

Outside we have rear and front gardens with seating and a BBQ, offering the perfect spot for a glass of wine whilst enjoying the river views. We also have a swimming pool and jacuzzi spa, plus a games room.

We are only a short drive to the famous city of Lincoln, home to a cathedral, shops, restaurants, old churches and much more. Every December a renowned Christmas market is held. Visit Gainsborough Old Hall or explore Doddington Hall & Gardens. Attractions to visit include:
