The Sands offers fabulous self catering accommodation on Scarborough’s North Bay Beach. Our apartments and penthouses are in a truly stunning location and boast sea views, perfect for an idyllic holiday in North Yorkshire.

Accommodation

We have a range of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments and penthouses to choose from. All the apartments include one free parking space in a secure car park. An electric car charging station is also available. We have dog friendly apartments and disabled friendly apartments available.

All our properties come with designer kitchens, Wi-Fi and balconies which offer glorious views. The bathrooms all offer quality toilets and bathroom products. Onsite there is a fitness suite,

Our sea views holiday apartment has a grand balcony, offering a great spot for a morning coffee whilst enjoying views of the sea and Scarborough Castle.

1 Bedroom Apartments

Our one-bedroom apartments come with a private balcony but are not sea-facing.

2 Bedroom Apartments

We offer accommodation in these two-bedroom apartments, with some enjoying sea views. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second room has a twin.

2 Bedroom Sea View with Spa Bath

Our two-story apartments come with a king and a twin room, plus direct sea views.

3 Bedroom Apartments

We offer accommodation in our 3-bedroom apartments that either have castle sea view, non-sea view or superior sea views. There is a king, twin and third bedroom, plus two large bathrooms.

3 Bedroom Superior With Spath Bath

Our maisonette style apartments have a private spa tub and balcony with sea views, plus a high-quality bathroom.

We offer accommodation in these superior apartments, offering a king, double and twin room, plus two large bathrooms.

5 Bedroom Superior Sea View with Spa Baths

Our maisonette style apartments are adjoined by a connecting living area and offer 5 bedrooms, 2 designer kitchens and 4 bathrooms, plus two balconies and two spa hot tubs.

Peasholm Penthouse

We offer accommodation at Peasholm Penthouse which includes a private wrap-around balcony.

Beach View Penthouse

Our penthouse has a balcony that offers views of the beach and woodland, plus sea views from the living room and kitchen. There is 1 en suite king and 1 twin room.

Sea View Penthouses

We offer accommodation in this penthouse which offers sea views.

Visting Scarbrough & Exploring North Yorkshire

Whilst staying with us you can discover all that Scarborough has to offer. Visit Alpamare Waterpark or have a great day out at Flamingo Land Resort, a theme park attraction and award-wining zoo. In town, there are lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. Attractions to visit include:
